Theo, a senior cat at Suncoast Humane Society, is wearing devil horns as part of the shelter's "13 Days of Halloween: Meet Our Boo Crew" celebration. He appeared on Day 5.
According to the shelter, Theo is affectionate and gets along well with the people who care for him. The shelter says he arrived with sores between his toes caused by an unsanitary environment. He received months of veterinary care at the shelter's clinic. Most of the sores have healed, but one paw still needs more time and attention.
The shelter's caregivers want Theo to be adopted into a home with a soft couch and plenty of affection. Anyone interested can contact Suncoast Humane Society about his adoption needs and availability.
Theo is also entered in the shelter's "Too Cute to Spook" Pet Costume Contest. Supporters can vote for their favorite costumed pets, and each vote counts as a donation to help animals in the shelter's care.
