The provided content lacks sufficient concrete information to write a substantive news brief. The RSS excerpt contains only a generic description of a weekly photo contest without naming winners, describing specific entries, providing details about the cats featured, or offering any newsworthy details beyond the contest's existence. No verifiable facts, specific names, dates beyond the title, or meaningful context appear in the material supplied. A proper news brief requires specific information about winning entries or notable details that would inform readers about the story.
